This webinar will introduce faculty to the classroom challenges experienced by students diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The webinar includes a description of PTSD, corresponding criteria, and PTSD symptoms. It will also include a brief explanation of standard treatments, frequent stereotypes applied to individuals and this illness, and course-related feedback from students with PTSD.
